About the Role:

The organizational Change Agent is the catalyst for progress at Passport, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the company’s business processes, systems and technology. As a Change Agent, you will be playing a key role in driving change initiatives across the company to meet the desired objectives and ensure employee adoption and usage. This person will employ a people first mindset toward identifying, developing and implementing improvements and will support their adaptation across job roles and organizational structures. You will be hands-on in your end-to-end implementation efforts and will be both a leader and a do-er. Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we do business, especially with regard to internal processes and systems
  • Couple Lean Process Improvement principles with a penchant for action
  • Use data in determining the best solutions
  • Map out current and future states for key business processes
  • Document standard work and establish metrics to monitor mistake-proofed processes
  • Guide teams through solution creation
  • Actively work to implement effective and sustainable change
  • Be a resource for all teams in the organization
  • Exemplify the Passport Principles and be a culture carrier

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, technology, science or equivalent fields
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • The ability to adapt to constant change and rapidly learn new tools, specializations, and processes.
  • A systems mindset being able to see how all the pieces fit together.
  • Experience using Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies to analyze business processes, find the root causes of issues, and implement mistake-proofed solutions
  • Experience with process mapping and generating current and future state maps (using equivalent mapping tools like draw.io or Visio)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with an "engineering" mindset.
  • Experience with workflow tools and/or Robotic Process Automation software is a plus
    • Knowledge of APIs and how software integrates together
  • Experience with Netsuite is a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Enjoys "wearing many hats," understanding and executing a variety of roles.
  • Strong project management and organization skills executing complex projects with many moving pieces with a keen eye on the critical path
    • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools is a plus
  • Ability to push and influence teams toward execution and keep everything on track without direct authority (sometimes having to "herd the cats")
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels with vendor management experience
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and dig in; Implementing solutions is key to the role
  • A general understanding of computer programming and coding syntax is helpful (being able to read code)
