Passport Internship Program (Charlotte, US)

About the Role

Passport has exciting news! We will have paid internship opportunities across multiple teams to provide valuable insight into our fast-growing technology company. This 8-10 week program from June to August 2018 will be structured in a way to learn from various leaders and contribute value through project work and cross-team collaboration. You will be trained on who we are, what we do, and how we innovate our industry.

Interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, learn, and aspire towards our Passport Principles. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organization to problem-solve as well as develop your business acumen within various departments. Internship program opportunities are available in Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Human Resources.


  • Learn how Passport performs and innovates within our industry
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to perform fun but challenging project work
  • Jump in quick to assess current in-flight projects and identify ways to provide value back to the group and company
  • Be assigned specific projects to drive your learning but also collaboration across teams
  • Present your work to leadership at the conclusion of your internship experience

About You

You are creative, resourceful and passionate about not only continually learning but also providing value back to your team. You are obsessed with getting stuff done and you love improving processes. You are detail-oriented, organized, and nothing slips through the cracks when you’re driving a process. You know how to work with others, and champion teamwork. You are resilient and you learn from adversity. You have the ability to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, autonomy, and initiative. You’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty with the details. Above all else, you are a confident communicator, and eager to learn and grow through strong performance and mentorship.


  • Undergraduate or Graduate student in the Charlotte, NC area
  • Entrepreneurship, Sales, Business, Marketing, Legal and Human Resource majors are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of various business platforms and software is a plus
  • G-Suite product experience is a plus
