Senior VP Sales (East Coast, USA)

Position Description

  • Create and implement the company’s sales strategy on the US East Coast
  • Identify and engage eligible customers that have the ability and willingness to buy
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of electric buses and the key advantages of choosing GreenPower
  • Assist customers in securing government funds for purchasing transit fleets
  • Identify, coordinate, submit, and win federal, regional, and municipal RFPs, bids, and funding programs for GreenPower
  • Assist current customers with after-market support
  • Manage all East Coast sales leads and opportunities in GreenPower’s CRM system, and provide upper management with a weekly progress report


  • Proven track record of transit vehicle sales to public transit authorities, schools and universities, corporations, and/or government agencies
  • Proven track record of success in winning federal, regional, and municipal RFPs, bids, and funding programs
  • Previous relationships with key transit authority, education, corporate, and government buyers
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related fields is highly desirable
  • Must be willing to travel
