Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing support to all areas of the Sales organization including Sales Operations, Proposal Management, Industry Solutions, Sales Engineering and Leadership.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing support to all areas of the Sales organization including Sales Operations, Proposal Management, Industry Solutions, Sales Engineering and Leadership.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Retrieve and analyze data from various systems including Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Jive, Great Plains, etc.
  • Research competitors and provide analysis on strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities.
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Enter, maintain and clean up data errors and anomalies.
  • Document processes and tools.
  • Assist in the creation of onboarding training materials and content.
  • Clean up and maintain document repositories.
  • Provide support to the Senior Proposal Specialists as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical aptitude.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Studying in Business Administration or Commerce.
