Engineering Training Manager:

On this position you will be working as an Engineering team member.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of the training management Plan,
  • coordination of Training Material preparation,
  • management of training planning (Forecast / Execution / Follow-up),
  • manage delivery of training elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management PLAN and QCD.

Minimum qualifications:

  • University degree in Railway Engineering or Electronics or Computer Science or Automation Engineering or Electrical and Mechanical Engineering,
  • min 2 years of Training experience within ISR Engineering scope + experience in railway,
  • railways technical knowledge on maintainability aspects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • People management and communication skills,
  • solid decision making and critical thinking,
  • self-motivated.
