The Ballard Human Resources Team has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This challenging position involves developing, implementing and supporting a broad range of Human Resource (HR) projects relating to compensation and rewards, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. The HR Generalist will partner with members of the HR team and as a Business Partner with organizational leaders, solve people-related issues in order to achieve business objectives.
An accomplished professional, you have 8 - 10 years of directly related experience, including a record of success as an HR Generalist, with specialist experience in some or all of the following: compensation planning, leadership development, talent management, organizational development and technical recruitment.
A relevant post-secondary degree complements your sound knowledge of employment legislation. Your talents include excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills. Global High Tech experience and experience in a manufacturing environment are definite assets.
