Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Mississauga, CA)

Job Summary:

We have an immediate need to welcome a contract resource to support the Talent Acquisition team through a period of high volume recruitment to support the changes in our organization. If you are looking to build on some existing recruitment experience, we would like to hear from you!

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening applicants for available positions.
  • Making outbound calls to potential candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
  • Managing candidates through the HR System (Workday)
  • General administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Education.
  • Post-Secondary diploma in Human Resources is an asset or pursing education in Human Resources.
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar role or an internship.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess a positive and outgoing attitude with a customer centric motivation
