Purchase contract within the framework of project number IKOP-3.2.0-15-2016-0002, purchase and commissioning of 2 low-floor, exclusively electric-powered, mini / midi buses, purchase and commissioning of 1 night charging column per bus, and 1 fast the purchase and installation of a charging station and the provision of related services (including, in particular, but not limited to, handover, installation, training).
It is the tenderer's responsibility to procure, install and integrate the dynamic passenger information system and ticket validation system into the existing bus.
Delivery of the new single-deck, low-floor mini / midi, urban (M3 / Class I) scheduled passenger transport, electric 2-axle bus to the contracting authority's premises, together with documentation. Placing the vehicle on the market in the name of the Contracting Authority, obtaining the required permits, training the operating staff and providing the services under the contract, as detailed in this call and in the procurement documents.
The vehicle must comply with all applicable Hungarian legislation, UN ECE (ECE-UNO) standards, the relevant EEC regulations, in particular those listed below, and other special regulations mentioned in the technical description.
The export of the bus must comply with the vehicle regulations in force in Hungary at the time of delivery (especially the provisions of Decrees 5/1990 (IV. 12.) KöHÉM and 6/1990 (IV. 12.) KöHÉM in force at any time and Regulation (EC) No. 661/2009). 107 Directive). Have a valid type license or type certificate issued in the European Union and accepted by the National Transport Authority or its legal predecessor or successor. A copy of the type-certificate must be handed over to the Contracting Authority no later than 30 days before the handover of the vehicle.
