As the world's fastest growing region, Southeast Asia's emerging economies continuously
captured worldwide attention. Against the global economic slowdown, the ASEAN and
Vietnam however are growing rapidly. Rail infrastructure cooperation has been extensively
conducted within Southeast Asian countries under the release of ASEAN’s Master Plan on
ASEAN Connec􀆟vity 2025 (MPAC2025) and the China’s initiative of One Belt One Road.
The Trans-Asian Railway Network construction further deepen the bilateral cooperation
between ASEAN and its neighbors. The ASEAN countries are now seeking international
cooperation in the fields of rail financing and technology to boost the transporttion
infrastructure development.

Based on successful completion of the previous three summits, ASEAN Rail Infrastructure
& Expansion 2019 will bring you the most exclusive and influential railway gathering in
ASEAN region. It will take place on May 30th -31st, 2019 in Hanoi, Capital of Vietnam.
Visionary speech& project case study will lay the founda􀆟ons for two days of intensive
learning, networking, discussion and brainstorming the future path of railway development
in Southeast Asia market.
