We are specialists in the trade with assembly and fastening materials. Our high quality demands are applied to more than 100,000 products. Professional users appreciate our screws, bolts, screw accessories, anchors, chemical products, furniture and building fittings, tools, storage and retrieval systems and protection equipment. Our target is straightforward: we want to make our customers' lives easier by individual services, useful system solutions and a broad product range.
We lend our hand to more than 500,000 customers from craft, construction and industry. A massive amount, nevertheless, only if each and every customer is in the center will we live up to our mission statement: To each customer their own Würth. Thanks to custom solutions and offers, both the one-man workshop and the mutlinational industry business can focus on their actual tasks.

Innovative solutions are found in direct cooperation with our customers. In so doing, we rely on a mixture of direct selling, pick-up shops and e-business. About 2,900 permanently employed sales representatives personally attend to our customers at the local level. More than 400 pick-up shops cover the immediate needs of our customers across Germany. E-business gains increasingly in importance for us, but this also means that we have to offer more than just an e-shop; we also have to offer e-procurement and apps such as Click & Collect.

Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG is market leader in Germany, where we employ about 6,000 people and generated a sales volume of 1.42 billion euros in the business year 2013. About 10 percent of that are generated through ebusiness.
Norbert Heckmann, Chairman of the board of management, explains what he envisions to make customers more successful: "We connect customer contact points.
