Chip Bizz - Bus

Chip Bizz is a young dynamic organization which creatively responds to the needs of the customer. Chip Bizz divided its organization in various disciplines, each with its own responsibilities. The teams that execute these disciplines are partly our own employees and some employees of our partners. This way, we make sure that a relatively small organization can still boast the knowledge and experience of large service organizations that serve several large customers.


The service team is the first contact for our customers. As a result they have one point of contact. The service team takes the messages (error and wishes) and provides treatment and feedback on the report. Where possible, help the customer directly. From the reports are also structural changes put in motion.

Consultancy Team

Consultancy The Team is responsible for new customers and regular contact. She contacts, contracts, fireplaces and observe retailers and chain stores. Technical management

Technical management is responsible for the proper functioning of the infrastructure through preventive and reactive maintenance. Active management is aimed to identify bottlenecks early and to take action before problems arise. Active versions (releases) of hardware and software (including operating system) are maintained and where necessary implemented. An important role is also reserved in backup and recovery procedures.


  • Making backups, checking, testing and possibly restore data
  • Active control of the operation and load of the system (including network and external lines) and early identification of problems, including taking action
  • Active maintenance releases and patches for the different systems
