Stagecoach Group is a leading international public transport company, with operations in the UK, mainland Europe, United States and Canada.

The Group operates bus, coach, rail, and tram services in regulated and deregulated markets.

We have three core divisions – UK Bus, Rail and North America – as well as a number of joint ventures.

Stagecoach is the UK’s biggest bus and coach operator. We have major city bus operations in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Hull, Sheffield, Oxford and Cambridge, as well as inter-urban services linking smaller locations. We also run the low-cost coach service megabus.com in the UK and in several countries in mainland Europe.

The Group is a major UK rail operator, directly running the South West Trains, Island Line and East Midlands Trains networks. Stagecoach and Virgin have partnered to jointly run the East Coast and West Coast inter-city rail franchise.

Stagecoach also operates a major tram network in Sheffield.

In North America, we operate the megabus.com inter-city coach brand, as well as commuter, tour and charter, and sightseeing services.

The Group’s joint ventures include Virgin Rail Group, New York sightseeing company Twin America, and Scotland’s biggest coach operator, Scottish Citylink.
