Job Summary:

The Bid Proposal/Writer will be responsible for developing and editing Keolis Transit America’s technical proposals; for conducting industry research to maintain a high quality and relevant proposal documents; for reviewing RFPs and associated documents to ensure layout and content of proposals are in full compliance with published requirements. The chosen candidate will join a diverse group in the business development department supporting majority of proposal developments, analysis, and initiatives. The right person will have a degree or technical discipline and provide support with the proposal writing for new business bids.

Job Requirements:

• Strong proposal writing experience – Transportation industry a PLUS
• Decision making/judgement related to draft proposal content
• Technical background/degree preferred
• Customer interfacing/customer oriented
• Support of highly complex technical proposals and writings
• Quality Control of proposal presentations and graphic designs
• Experience in proposal /bid development including development of case studies
• Computer proficiency – MS Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, MS Project (InDesign a plus)
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Strong organization skills / attention to detail
• Other writing tasks and duties, as assigned
