As a Revenue Manager at Passport, reporting to the Controller, you will lead our revenue processing team and perform general accounting functions in support of our monthly financial close. You will work directly with the Controller, finance team, and leadership across the organization to continue to iterate and strengthen our billing process and enhance billing speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accounting of the entire order-to-cash (OTC) process
  • Work with multiple departments to design and implement accounting/finance processes for new verticals and growing, complex revenue streams that require automated scalable solutions
  • Review revenue to ensure accuracy as part of the monthly reporting process and assist in the development of daily, weekly, and monthly analytics
  • Supervise escalation of client issues and collection of Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with the integration of acquired businesses
  • Process monthly billing for a portfolio of over 300 clients across multiple countries
  • Identify and explain invoicing and remittance variances
  • Liaise directly with the Controller, CFO, and other leaders in the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA or Masters in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in Accounting with exposure to revenue recognition
  • CPA Preferred
  • Experience improving processes a plus
  • Solid communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Experience playing a key role in supporting the accounting month end close
  • Experience in a rapid growth SaaS company is a plus
