As our Project Manager, you will work with various teams across our organization to coordinate delivery efforts. Ultimately, the Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of our contracts and service agreements and the revenue associated with them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Directing and managing assigned contracts/service agreements/projects from beginning to end within the allotted scope, time, and budget.
  • Working with various teams across the organization and externally to plan and coordinate delivery efforts.
  • Managing project scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Developing, maintaining and monitoring a Project Schedule and Cost Performance throughout the life-cycle of the project
  • Proactively managing changes in project scope.  Change Management is a large part of the role.
  • Developing, maintaining and monitoring a Risk Register to ensure risks are highlighted early with the appropriate mitigation plan to address the risk.
  • Conducting regular Project Status Meetings with your customers.
  • Conducting regular Executive Steering Meetings with your customers and internal Executive Sponsors
  • Coaching, motivating, mentoring and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take proactive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project (internal and external)
  • Displaying proactive willingness to learn and understanding software/hardware and the mechanics of their implementation and deployment.
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, issue logs, action item registers, and presentations, as required.
  • Contributing to further best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Conducting project postmortems and creating recommendation reports in order to identify best practices and lessons learned.
  • One or more of these engagements must have included a Requirement Compliance Matrix that would have been successfully managed by the candidate.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a vendor-based project manager in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience managing simultaneous engagements, having diverse system and contractual requirements and competing deadlines.  
  • At least 4 years of experience in Consulting/Business Analysis.
  • Proven leadership in problem-solving and analysis.
  • Experience in managing Software Delivery projects or Systems Integration (Hardware & Software solutions) engagements both Fixed Price and Time & Material.  
  • Excellent consulting and business analysis skills.
  • (preferred) PMP certification, or working towards certification.
  • Available for travel of up to 50% with possible weekend and  nighttime activity as needed
