DE-Mainz: Reconditioning services of rolling stock

The vehicles are to receive a new drive control with the associated components eg. B. Chopper. Provision is made for a use of trams for another 16 years. The repair measure provides for the exchange of vehicle used, dynamic brake with the corresponding chopper so that a supply of spare parts for the remaining service life and increased availability is ensured. Furthermore, a conversion of the vehicle throughout a trolley voltage of 750 volts DC is considered.
