Meal transports in the city of Laitila 2021—2023

Services

The food services of the city of Laitila will request your offer for the transport of meals in the city in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes for the period 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2023. The acquisition includes options one (1) + one (1) (1.1.2024–31.12.2024 and 1.1.2025–31.12.2025). The subscriber decides on the use and duration of the options separately. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the right to make additional purchases during this contract period within the framework of this procurement without a separate invitation to tender.

The transport tasks are the transport of meals from the manufacturing kitchens to the various offices in the city, as well as the transport of individual meals to the home care clients of the elderly service. More detailed routes are described in the annexes to the call for tenders. During the contract period, other meals may also be allocated to the equipment used in the tenders covered by this invitation to tender at the contract prices.

1.Meals transported by the Kaaukolankodi food service

Ready meals and food leave the Kaukolankodi preparation kitchen for the health center from Monday to Sunday and for open service on weekdays and public holidays.

During the contract period, other meals may be allocated to the equipment used in the tenders covered by this invitation to tender at the prices agreed.
