One (1) new refuse truck (consisting of a frame and a superstructure); it must have a compression system for 16-cubic meter press-type waste and a bucket lifting system to be used for garbage collection in the Municipality of Kallithea . To be suitable for the loading of high-grade litter and large volume waste and to comply with all existing provisions so that they can be put into circulation in Greece with a valid marketing authorization. For this reason, it must be absolutely new, unprofessional, of recent construction, of recognized type of manufacturer and with good reputation in Greece and abroad.
All requirements of the technical specifications are essential and inalienable; any deviation would mean rejection of the offer.
On the back of the car there must be special steps and handles, to stand, stand and hold, when picking up waste, 2 workers, of course.
The payload of the truck in compressed waste according to its capabilities and the applicable regulations must be greater than or equal to 425 kg per cubic meter of the payload of the superstructure (ie 16 m 3 x 450 kg / m 3 = 7,200kg, wasteable).
The refuse vehicle will consist of a car frame, suitable for the construction of a refuse trailer (collection and refuse disposal). The vehicle frame type will be 4x2. The total gross load will be at least 19 tonnes.
As the total payload of a vehicle, the remainder, after deducting the same weight of the frame and the superstructure waste with the bucket lifting mechanism, is considered to be the total gross permissible laden load of the vehicle. The same weight of the chassis includes the driver's cab, staff (driver and 2 workers), fuel weight, lubricating oil, water, spare wheel, and maintenance tools.
Specify by the contestants the total payload of the vehicle.
The total gross permissible laden weight of the vehicle as well as the weight of the chassis must be derived from the lists of the manufacturers and the weight of the superstructure with the bucket lifting mechanism from a similar list or a declaration by the manufacturer.
Dimensions, weights, load distribution, canopies, etc., will meet the current regulations for the issue of a marketing authorization in GREECE. For this purpose, a detailed load distribution study, signed by a mechanical engineer, will be submitted by the tenderers.
