II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The contractor is responsible for the public transport of the bus, the regular bus service with the bus (midibus) of the city of Biatorbágy and the exclusive supply of passenger transport services.

The service provider must carry out his activity according to the schedule given as part of the technical specification.

The local bus public transport task within the city must be provided by the service provider as described below.

In the area of the city you need to operate the following local bus line:

Railway Station - Street Station - Karinthy Frigyes Street - Meggyfa Street - Szabadság Street - Viadukt Street - Baross Gábor Street - Petőfi Sándor Street - Mester Street - Vasút Street - Szabadság Street - Cluj Road - Géza Head Street - Sándor Street - Nagy Street - St. Stephen street - Bajcsy Zsilinszky street - Szabadság street - József Attila street - Petőfi street - Baross Gábor street - Dévai Gyula street - Antall József street - Juhász Gyula street - Szily Kálmán street - Szent László street - Szeged street - Dózsa György street - Railway station

Planned useful (scheduled) vehicle performance: 295 km / day, 71 thousand km / year.

To provide the service, two midibus types of the same type are required, in addition to the spare capacity required for safe operation (1 additional vehicle of the same type). For the 'midibus' vehicle category, it is necessary to take into account the size requirements specified in the tender instead of the factory or catalog classification (mid-bus or minibus).

Minimum requirements for midibus required to perform service:

The length of the cabinet is at least 8,000 mm, up to 8,600 mm

The width of the car body is at least 2 200 mm, up to 2 450 mm

Entry surface to form a staircase with a continuous surface with a walkway floor, at least one passenger door in a platform (low entry design) with an entry height of up to 380 mm.

Electrically adjustable, heated, exterior rear-view mirrors, fixed without vibration. The visibility of each mirror should be completely disturbed (through a wiper blade, through a thermopan or a heating glass).

The surface of the floor covering is non-slip, waterproof. Water, cleaning and disinfecting agents are resistant.

The staircase cover - in wet weather - should be free of slip.

Passenger doors operated separately by the driver.

The bus has a swinging door opening outwards. The front passenger door behind the "A" axis, the second passenger door behind the "B" axis.

The size of the passenger doors should be at least 800 mm wide, and the wheelchair access door should be at least 900 mm wide.

The registration number for the registration certificate is at least 40 people. The number of seated passengers must be at least 15.

The design of the passenger compartment ensures easy adjustment with the wheelchair and the possibility of fixing the wheelchair.

The bus is partly low-floor.

The passenger compartment height is at least 2,000 mm measured from the floor level

Automatic temperature controlled (individually controllable) driver and cabin air conditioning unit, providing cooling mode without cooling.

The cooling capacity of the air conditioner is at least 14 kW. The heater is min. 16 kW heating power.

The interior lighting provides reduced, partial or intermittent switching.

Maximum age of vehicles at start of service: 2 years from the date of placing on the market.

In the vehicle, the Service Provider must operate a device for generating fleet tracking data, and position data must be provided online.

The vehicles must also fully meet the challenges of the locally difficult terrain, so that the vehicle can cope with a short but dynamically rising section at full load (for example, a 10-meter stretch of 14%, a 9-meter stretch of 9%) ).

Description of renewals:

The Contract may be extended by a unilateral declaration made by the Contractor to the Contractor at least 30 days prior to the original date of expiry of the contract, and for a further two years from the date of expiry of the contract until 26 August 2029.

Description of options:

The Customer may change the annual performance of the local bus passenger service, depending on the development of travel needs, and may increase its performance value by providing 30% of the contract time.

Performance is only the expected increase in retail demand (third vehicle setup for peak crowding in order to reduce congestion; weekend service) and travel destination changes (access to the residential gymnasium planned for the Residential Park; - The planned sports facilities of the Iharos utca area, the Rozália industrial park, the continuously developed road network Katalinhegy, Szarvashegy, Ürgehegy, Pecató closed garden and holiday areas). In the case of commissioning of a third vehicle, the scheduling of the modification of the service parameters shall take into account, as necessary, the time required for ordering and manufacturing the vehicle.

The Contracting Entity is entitled to make an optional quantity, either in whole or in several installments, by unilateral declaration during the term of the contract.
