Under 1 set, the contracting authority understands the amount needed to modernize a piece of vehicle.
The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, in the present offer, the T5C5 electric vehicles are required to obtain a chipping device and a vehicle control unit with the parameters specified below with the exception that the above-mentioned, equivalent, interchangeable product contracting entity accepts:
Vehicle Control Unit: Vehicle Control Unit for T5C5K2 Electric Vehicle VVE-06, or equivalent (hereinafter referred to as VAE), interchangeable with the existing 180-piece T5C5K2 fleet vehicle control unit
Vehicle Controller consists of the following units:
- Main Control Rack (VVE-06)
1. Input Card 1 (2 DIC-1 Cards VAE)
a) Provides 24 optically isolated inputs.
b) system bus alignment with other cards.
2. Relay output card (2 DRV cards VAE)
a) 14 independent output relay contact cards.
3. Transmission Card 1 SCI-4 Card - FLS-1 Memory Module or equivalent)
a) Measures the speed of the vehicle by converting the pulse signals of the speed encoder mounted on the motors to an analog signal proportional to the rotation.
b) The PWM digital setpoint is converted to 0 to + 5V analogue signal.
4. Input Card 3 (1 MV-4 Card VAE)
a) 4 comparator inputs, 2 optical inputs, logic control, 2 relay and 2 optical outputs for error indication.
5. Analog Input Card (1 AIO-5 Card VAE)
a) An 8-channel analog input,
b) sample hold unit with analogue multiplexer and 12 bit AD converter,
c) comparator output,
d) VFC input,
e) Analog output with 12-bit DA converter,
f) contains a reference voltage output.
6. Light Cables Card (1 OPI-1 Card VAE)
a) Transforms TTL-level logic signals into a light-wired transmitted signal, containing 4 transmitters and 4 receivers.

The unit provides power to the control compartment for short-time power failure or voltage reduction. The unit should include a battery of at least 18V 1.2Ah gel.
The vehicle controller should include cooling fans, heat exchangers, and adequate airflow fans (12x12cm), which can be used when the vehicle controller is operating at operating temperature. The vehicle controller must have a piece of ambient temperature sensor which , when reaching +3 ° C, switch on the cooling fan of the vehicle control unit.
