The agreement will encompass:

  • A system acceptance contract, which the contractor over a period of approximately 11 months with testing (including testing in the track) shows that the ES-las meets all requirements and it is released for use in the Dutch railway system;
  • A supply agreement for the delivery of the released ES-read for a duration of 3 years, with the possibility of 2 times 2-year extension.
  • As part of your offer, we will offer you in addition to your financial and compliance report also questions among others, to deliver the following products:
    • Information folder, which consists of a prescribed set of documents, certificates, calculations and drawings which underpin compliance with the requirements;
    • FMECA which clarifies how it is ensured that risks during the design, manufacture and supply of the ES-las are so dominated by the contractor that they have no negative effect on the quality and longevity.

The information folder will be tested against the requirements in the tender dossier. The FMECA will be assessed by an evaluation committee, with a minimum score must be achieved in order to qualify for award (pass / fail criterion).

All parties eligible for an invitation to tender will also be invited to a kick-off meeting.
