Object of the contract - the contract consists of 2 separate tasks:

3.1.1. task 1 involving the delivery of 2 pieces of modern, low-emission Maxi-class hybrid (combustion-electric) buses,

3.1.2. task 2 involving the delivery of 1 Mini class electric bus along with a fast charging station for the electric bus.

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract within the scope of task 1, containing the requirements and expectations of the contracting authority regarding the technical parameters and equipment of hybrid buses, as well as the terms of their warranty and service, are set out in Part II of the Terms of Reference - Model public procurement contract (hy WU).

3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of Task 2, containing the requirements and expectations of the contracting authority regarding the technical parameters and equipment of the electric bus and fast charging station, as well as the terms of its warranty and service, are specified in Part III of the Terms of Reference - Model contract on public procurement (el WU).

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Ordered object.

The order consists of 2 separate tasks:

- task 1 involving the delivery of 2 pieces of modern, low-emission Maxi-class hybrid (combustion-electric) buses,

- task 2 involving the delivery of 1 Mini class electric bus with an electric bus fast charging station.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract within the scope of task 1, containing the requirements and expectations of the contracting authority regarding the technical parameters and equipment of hybrid buses, as well as the terms of their warranty and service, are set out in Part II of the Terms of Reference - model public procurement contract (hy WU).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of task 2, containing the requirements and expectations of the contracting authority regarding the technical parameters and equipment of the electric bus and fast charging station, as well as the terms of its warranty and service, are set out in Part III of the Terms of Reference - the model public procurement contract (el WU).

The contracting authority intends to finance the contract with funds from the European Union budget from the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodship for the years 2014–2020, project entitled "Ensuring high quality public transport in the commune of Malczyce by purchasing low-emission, modern buses" (priority axis 3 Low-emission economy, measure 3.4 Implementation of low-emission strategies, sub-measure 3.4.1 Implementation of low-emission strategies - horizontal competitions - recruitment for OSI (type a)); identification number of the application for project co-financing: RPDS.03.04.01-02-0004 / 19.

Employer, pursuant to art. 93 item 1a item 1 of the PPL, provides for the possibility of annulling this public procurement procedure in the event of not awarding funds from the European Union budget that were to be allocated to finance the contract.

II.2.14)Additional information

The contracting authority requires a deposit, before the submission deadline, in the amount of:

- in the scope of task 1 - 250,000 PLN (in words two hundred and fifty thousand),

- for task 2 - PLN 80,000 (say: eighty thousand),

- in scope of tasks 1 and 2 in total - PLN 330,000 (in words three hundred and thirty thousand).
